Winners Of Phillips Consulting 2017 Web-Jurist Assessment Ratings

Winners have emerged in the Phillips Consulting annual Web-Jurist assessment for 2017.

The Web-Jurist ratings aims to accurately gauge the effectiveness and usefulness of customer facing websites and online web service platforms in Nigeria taking into consideration the customers need.

These websites, were assessed in six categories: aesthetics, technical features, website content, customer experience, website performance and website accessibility. Banks were assessed on an additional gauge: the range of financial services available to their customers online.

The Web-Jurist evaluation tool used for the ratings was developed using intelligent algorithms and the process entails a step-by-step web analysis using detailed criteria developed specifically to evaluate the effectiveness and performance of web sites.

The airline category is a new category in the 2017 assessment.
