It is a 5-week, 5-Module, 10-Unit impact loaded course.
VALUE stands for:

- Ethical Leadership.
Each week of the program focuses on one of these pillars, unpacking core leadership, emotional, and moral principles that help teens:

- Group coaching sessions.
- Practical role-play activities.
- Weekly reflection challenges.
