Blessing Akintoye has ran a new Personal Best of 53.01 seconds to win the women’s 400 meters race event at the 2026 Jarvis Scott Invite in Texas.
She took the win ahead of Rushana Dwyer who ran 53.05 seconds for the win in her section and Margaret Conteh in 53.23 seconds.
Over at the Tyson Invitational, Favour Onyah also ran 53.44 seconds to win her own 400 meters section.
