Blessing Akintoye has clocked a personal best of 22.95 seconds (1.7) to win the women’s 200 meters race event at the 2026 Jo Meaker Classic in Texas.
She broke her own school record and moves into top 10 on the NCAA Division II all-time list.
Akintoye is coming off a great indoor season where she won the NCAA DII 400 meters race title.
