Chinecherem Prosper Nnamdi has thrown a personal best of 84.68 meters in the men’s Javelin Throw at the 2026 Tom Jones Memorial in Florida.
He shattered his own national record, improving by almost two metres, after a very short 2025 season. He now moves up to 7th on the African all-time list.
