Favour Ofili has ran a personal best (PB) of 22.36 seconds to win the women’s 200 meters race event at the 2023 Arkansas Randal Tyson Invitational in Fayetteville on February 11, 2023.

The Louisiana State University (LSU) standout sprinter now has the fastest time in the world this year as well as setting new national and African records in the process.

Ofili’s blistering time at the 2023 Arkansas Randal Tyson Invitational not only won the event but broke her own school and meet record and is the number one time nationally and the world. The mark was the second fastest time ever run in collegiate history and sixth fastest in world history.
