Madonna Favour Wins Men’s 100 Meters Race Event At 2025 Horned Frog Invitational In Texas

Madonna Favour has ran a new Personal Best (PB) of 10.20 seconds (+0.4) to win the men’s 100 meters race event at the 2025 Horned Frog Invitational in Texas.

The University of New Orleans sophomore lowered his PB from 10.38 seconds, beating Marcellus Moore who finished in 10.31 seconds and Sanjay Salmon in 10.39 seconds.

2025 Music City Challenge: Alaba Akintola Wins Men’s 200 Meters Race Event

Alaba Akintola has emerged winner of the men’s 200 meters race event at the 2025 Music City Challenge in Tennessee, with a time of 20.50 seconds (0.9).

He overcame Antonio Lay, who posted 20.64 seconds and John Sherman in 20.72 seconds.

He finished third in the 100 meters final, after posting 10.30 seconds (1.3) in the first round.

Sunday Israel Okon Wins 100 Meters Race Event At 2025 LSU Invitational

Sunday Israel Okon has ran 9.91 seconds (2.9) to win the 100 meters race event at the 2025 LSU Invitational.

That is his fastest time all-conditions and the second fastest in the NCAA this year, beating Jaden Wiley, who ran 10.12 seconds, and Micah Larry in 10.15 seconds.

Joseph Fahnbulleh, in the same race, was fifth in 10.18 seconds.

Olayinka Olajide Wins Women’s 100 Meters Race Event At 2025 Crofoot/Corky Classic In Texas

Olayinka Olajide has ran a new Personal Best (PB) of 11.15 seconds (-1.0) to win the women’s 100 meters race event at the 2025 Crofoot/Corky Classic in Texas.

She lowered her PB from the African Games Trials last year, beating Success Umukoro, who ran 11.30 seconds to finish second. Ruth Agadama was also in the same race and finished fifth in 11.52 seconds, just ahead of Mercy Umoibang in 11.54 seconds.
