Prosper Ekporere has clocked a new personal best (PB) of 7.68 seconds to win the men’s 60 meters hurdles at the 2025 Don Kirby Elite meet in New Mexico.

He became the second fastest Nigerian all time in the event, only behind Selim Nurudeen (7.64 seconds), and also took down the GCU School Record in the process.

2025 Windy City Invitational: Goodness Iredia Wins Men’s Long Jump Event

Goodness Iredia has recorded a new indoor Personal Best (PB) of 7.90 meters to win the men’s Long Jump at the 2025 Windy City Invitational in Wisconsin.

He broke his own School Record and moves into number two on the Nigerian season’s toplist.

In the same lane, Emmanuel Njoku made his second appearance for Iowa at the Tyson Invitational, where he also won the Long Jump with an indoor PB of 7.69 meters.

2025 Tyson Invitational: Chioma Nwachukwu Wins 400 Meters Race Event

Chioma Nwachukwu has emerged winner of the women’s 400 meters race match-up event at the 2025 Tyson Invitational, lowering her personal best yet again to 52.25 seconds.

Ella Onojuvwevwo finished second in an indoor personal best of 52.44 seconds.

They both finished ahead of Olympic finalist Sada Williams who ran 53.25 seconds in third place.

2025 Riverfront Invitational: Joshua Caleb Wins Men’s 60 Meters Race Event

Joshua Caleb has emerged winner of the men’s 60 meters race event in the 2025 Riverfront Invitational in Spokane, clocking a time of 6.62 seconds.

He beat Emmanuel Wells, who returned a time of 6.66 seconds and Miguel Rosario (6.70 seconds). Erin Brown was also in action, placing 5th in 6.78 seconds.
