Chidi Okezie has emerged winner of the 400 meters race event at the 2023 NSU Invitational in Norfolk with a time of 46.40 seconds.

He also clocked a 200 meters Personal Best (PB) of 20.79 seconds.

Dubem Amene and Raphael Egbuchilem ran 46.20 seconds and 46.57 seconds (PB) respectively in the 400 meters as well.

Ella Onojuvwevwo and Godson Brume have emerged winners at the 2023 Lloyd Willis Invitational in Baton Rouge.

Ella won the women’s 400 meters race event clocking a new Personal Best (PB) of 52.52 seconds. She beat Jaydan Wood who came second in 52.81 seconds.

Godson Brume clocked a time of 10.13 seconds (1.5) to win the men’s 100 meters beating his teammates Da’Marcus Fleming in 10.18 seconds and Brandon Hicklin in 10.27 seconds.

Alaba Akintola has emerged winner of the men’s 100 meters race event at the 2023 Bryan Clay Invitational with a Season’s Best (SB) of 10.21 seconds (0.7).

Prosper Ekporere who ran a Season’s Best of 13.83 seconds (1.3) to finish third in the men’s 110 mH while Stephen Eloji was fourth in 13.97 seconds.

Imaobong Nse Uko has emerged winner of the women’s 200 meters race event with a time of 23.21 seconds (1.1) at the 2023 Clyde Hart Classic in Baylor.

It was a new Personal Best (PB) for her whilst finishing ahead of her teammate Kavia Francis in 23.60 seconds. The following day, Uko ran the lead-off leg of her school’s (Baylor) 4×400 meters relay A team, which emerged victorious with a time of 3:34.40.
