Alaba Akintola has won the 200 meters race event at the 2024 Music City Track Carnival in Tennessee, clocking a Season’s Best (SB) of 20.79 seconds (-1.7) under rain.
He beat Joseph Amoah who clocked a time of 20.91 seconds and, in turn, finished ahead of Chidi Okezie who ran 21.05 seconds moments after he won the 400 meters.
Chukwuebuka Enekwechi has won the men’s Shot Put at the 2024 Mityng na Rynku Kościuszki in Poland with a 21.41 meters heave.
He defeated Tom Walsh who was second with 20.76 meters, while Konrad Bukowiecki was third with 20.26 meters.
Dubem Amene has recorded a new Personal Best (PB) of 45.36 seconds to win the men’s 400 meters race event at the 2024 Johnny Loaring Classic in Windsor, Canada.
He won over Austin Cole in 45.97 seconds and Ibrahim Ayorinde in third with 46.84 seconds.
Usheoritse Itsekiri has won the men’s 100 meters race event at the 2024 Johnny Loaring Classic clocking a time of 10.09 seconds (-0.6).
He finished over Eliezer Adjibi who ran 10.13 seconds and Kion Benjamin who finished third in 10.24 seconds.
Chukwuebuka Enekwechi has won the men’s Shot Put event at the 2024 Memorial Josefa Odlozila in Czech Republic, throwing 21.53 meters on his fifth try.
He beat the field by almost a metre, finishing ahead of Egyptians Mostafa Amr Hassan, who threw 20.58 meters and Mohammed Khalifa with 19.98 meters.
Usheoritse Itsekiri has broken 10 seconds for the first time in his career, running 9.97 seconds (+2.1) to win the men’s 100 meters race event at the 2024 Royal City Inferno Festival.
It won’t count as a Personal Best (PB) because the wind reading was a tad above the allowable of 2.0m/s. Surely, sub-10 is in the books for Dushos.
He defeated Eliezer Adjibi who ran 9.98 seconds, while Duan Asemota finished third in 10.06 seconds.
