Winners Of 2022-2023 Global Startup Awards (GSA) Africa (West Africa)

Winners have emerged in the 2022-2023 Global Startup Awards (GSA) Africa (West Africa) held at the launch edition of GITEX Africa 2023 in Marrakech,
Morocco.

The fourteen startups that won this year’s competition are from Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Cote d’Ivoire, Gambia, Senegal, and Benin. Nigerian startups topped the list by securing six slots at this year’s competition.

Akeem Badru Named Regional Winner Of 2023 Cambridge Dedicated Teacher Awards For Central And Southern Africa

Akeem Badru, a teacher at St Michael RCM Primary School, Ogunpa Lunloye, Abeokuta, Ogun state, has been named the regional winner of the 2023 Cambridge dedicated teacher awards for Central and Southern Africa.

Instituted by Cambridge University Press, the awards are a global competition which celebrates the efforts of teachers around the world.
