A new movement dedicated to awakening identity, developing human capacity, and unlocking opportunities for transformational impact is set to debut with the official unveiling of The WAYS Ecosystem, a landmark two-day virtual event scheduled for 21st and 22nd August, 2026, at 3:00 PM (WAT) via Zoom.
Conceived by transformational coach, author, and Founder of Transformative Vibes Academy Ltd, Emmanuella Edun, the WAYS Ecosystem represents an integrated framework of platforms designed to help individuals discover who they are, develop what they carry, and deploy their unique value for the advancement of humanity.
Described as “the unveiling of transformational concepts designed to free individuals from the shackles of deception created by misidentity, a lack of self-awareness, and an undiscovered purpose, empowering them to live lives of clarity, contribution, and lasting impact,” the event promises a rich blend of thought leadership, learning, recognition, and inspiration.
The first day will feature The WAYS Conference under the theme “From Clarity to Opportunity,” bringing together distinguished speakers to explore identity, purpose, leadership, and the nature of success. The conference seeks to inspire participants to rethink conventional definitions of achievement and embrace purposeful contribution as the foundation of enduring impact.
The second day will feature the official launch of the WAYS Transformative Impact Manual, a comprehensive resource developed to help individuals gain deeper clarity about identity, purpose, value, and contribution. More than a publication, the manual serves as the foundational learning resource within the WAYS Ecosystem, introducing practical frameworks and transformational concepts designed to equip readers for intentional living and meaningful societal impact.
A major highlight of the second day will be the presentation of the WAYS Beacon Awards, established to honour individuals whose lives and work illuminate pathways of excellence, service, innovation, leadership, cultural preservation, education, and humanitarian impact. The awards seek not merely to celebrate outstanding achievements but to inspire the replication of exemplary values and purposeful leadership.
The distinguished personalities to be honoured at the maiden edition of the WAYS Beacon Awards include:
