2025 Big 12 Championships: Temitope Adeshina Sets New National Record In Women’s High Jump Event

Temitope Adeshina with an equal personal best and a new national record of 1.97 meters, has won the women’s high jump title at the 2025 Big 12 Championships in Kansas.

She has qualified for the Tokyo 2025 World Championships with that height, beating her closest competitor, Sharie Enoe, who jumped a personal best of 1.88 meters.

Ekporere Prosper Wins Men’s 110 Meters Hurdles Event At 2025 WAC Championships In Texas

Ekporere Prosper has clocked a time of 13.66 seconds (1.6) to win the men’s 110 meters hurdles event final at the 2025 WAC Championships in Texas.

He won his first conference title, beating his teammate Francisco Marques, who ran 13.68 seconds and Caterrin Cox in 13.77 seconds.

2025 Adidas Atlanta City Games: Favour Ofili Wins Women’s 150 Meters Race Event

Favour Ofili has achieved a new world record in the women’s 150 meters race event at the 2025 Adidas Atlanta City Games, clocking a time of 15.85 seconds (2.0).

She becomes the first woman in history to run the event under 16 seconds, breaking the previous world record of 16.23 seconds by Shaunae Miller-Uibo from 2018.
