Victor Adetunji Emerges CLMCA Africa’s Maths Champion 2022

Victor Adetunji, a Senior Secondary 2 student of International School, Ibadan has emerged CLMCA Africa’s Maths Champion 2022 as he defeated over 10,000 participants across Africa to the title.

For the feat, Victor Adetunji earned $5,000 worth of university scholarship at the just-concluded Cruxlearning Mathematics Contest Africa.

Jadesola Temitope Olayinka, a student of SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University has been named recipient of the SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Student Excellence, the highest honor bestowed upon students by the University System.

Jadesola Temitope Olayinka alongside Alfonso Caetta, students in SUNY Downstate’s College of Medicine, are two (2) of 180 students across 61 campuses being recognized for outstanding achievements and for demonstrating the integration of SUNY excellence within academics, leadership, campus involvement, community service, or the arts.

Chinasa Nweze Emerges Best Overall In West Africa In May/June 2021 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE)

18-year-old Chinasa Nweze has emerged the best overall in West Africa in the May/June 2021 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).

She and two other students who placed second and third position respectively in the International Excellence award were rewarded at the 70th Annual meeting of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) held in Abuja on 15 March 2022.

Chinasa Nweze triumphed over 1,500,000 million candidates that sat for the school exam in the five member countries in the sub region.
