Quadri Aruna has won the 2024 ITTF Africa Cup title after beating Egypt’s Mohamed El-Beiali 4-0 (11-5, 11-6, 12-10, 11-3) in the final, at the BK Arena in Kigali, Rwanda.
Over 50 players from 14 countries took part in the 2024 ITTF African Cup.

Super Falcons and Paris FC goalkeeper, Nnadozie Chiamaka, has been crowned the goalkeeper of the 2023/2024 season in France at the D1 Arkema Awards.
D1 Arkema is the top division of the women’s league in France.
She triumphed over legendary Lyon and Chile goalkeeper, Christiane Endler and the Polish number one goalkeeper to win the award.
Receiving the award, Nnadozie Chiamaka stated:

The African Games silver medalist who has been in a brilliant form since recovering from the illness that slowed her down in Ghana won the match that confirmed FIU Women’s Tennis as the champions of the C-USA.
This win means Quadre and her colleagues have now won the title for the second consecutive year after the former Nigerian number one led them to the title on 2023, on her way to winning multiple awards as well.
