The Dr. Freedom Griffith Akinjide Ogbe Event 2019 is organised to recognise and celebrate the life of Dr. Freedom Griffith Akinjide Ogbe on his birthday (6th of August 2019).
The Dr. Freedom Griffith Akinjide Ogbe Event 2019 is administered in three (3) sections: positive values of Nigeria and Nigerians, culture of the people of Warri and the field of geology in Nigeria.
- Section 1: Values. – This section is aimed at promoting knowledge and consciousness on the positive, and excellent achievements or progress associated with Nigeria and Nigerians globally.
Questions for this section will be posted by 9pm on the 6th of August, 2019.
- Section 2: Culture. This section is aimed at promoting knowledge and consciousness on the Warri people and culture in Nigeria.
The word puzzle for this section will be posted by 12am on the 6th of August, 2019.
- Section 3: Geology. This section is aimed at promoting knowledge and consciousness of the field of geology in Nigeria.
The word puzzle and Sudoku for this section will be posted by 12am on the 6th of August, 2019.
Eligibility and expectation(s):
- Open to everyone
- One (1) submission per person
- Participation is free – at no cost to the participants
- PositiveNaija Team and members of the Ogbe family are not eligible
Event guidelines:
- Event commences on the 6th of August 2019.
- Event will be open until 31st August 2019 for questions to be correctly answered.
- First correct responses/answers to the questions for each section emerge winner.
- If you edit your post containing your answers to the quiz, that edited time will be taken/noted as the time in which you took the quiz.
- If questions are not answered correctly by 31st August 2019, the most correct answer(s) will be declared winner accordingly.
- Where applicable (open-ended questions), answer questions by only stating the Question Number(s) and correct/preferred Answer alphabet option. For example: 1. B ; 2. A ; 3. C ; etc.
- Where applicable (open-ended questions), please state your answers only with the specifics required as instructed.
- Winners are communicated with to provide their account details towards receiving their prize through their email addresses used in registering on the Forum.
- PositiveNaija on behalf of the sponsors sends to the winners their reward.
