Nathaniel Ezekiel has set a new personal best and National Record in the men’s 400mH at the 2024 Big 12 Championships with 48.00 seconds.

He almost broke 48 seconds, defeating defending champion Caleb Dean, who had to settle for second in 48.43 seconds while Oskar Edlund was third in 48.82 seconds.

He is currently the third fastest in the world and eight all-time in Africa.
