MoneyAfrica has emerged as the inaugural winner of the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Trust Fund (NSIA) Prize for Innovation.
The top three winners received a mix of cash and equity to support their start-ups. This will be disbursed in ratio 75:25 consisting of equity and cash respectively in exchange for a stake in their company. The remaining seven winners received cash prizes.

Ashley Anumba has emerged winner of the women’s Discus Throw event at the 2023 Tucson Elite Classic with a throw of 60.97 meters.
She finished ahead of Micaela Hazlewood (59.70 meters) and Wang Fang (57.36 meters).
Still, at the same competition, Sade Olatoye had a best throw of 68.38 meters, which saw her ranked 8th in the women’s Hammer Throw. Magdalyn Ewen was the winner in the event with a massive 75.10 meters.
