22-year-old Oluwaseyi Moejoh, has been decorated with the 2024 Young Superhero for Earth Award by the Captain Planet foundation.
Moejoh is the Executive Director, U-recycle Initiative Africa.

Super Falcons and Paris FC goalkeeper, Nnadozie Chiamaka, has been crowned the goalkeeper of the 2023/2024 season in France at the D1 Arkema Awards.
D1 Arkema is the top division of the women’s league in France.
She triumphed over legendary Lyon and Chile goalkeeper, Christiane Endler and the Polish number one goalkeeper to win the award.
Receiving the award, Nnadozie Chiamaka stated:
“Grateful and excited to have won the French D1 Arkema Goalkeeper of the Year. Nigeria has emerged victorious at the 2024 World Affairs Challenge (WAC) as the Christ the King College, Onitsha, which represented the country, secured the coveted global first-place position.
