The Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU), in Riga, Latvia, scored the highest points and awarded the 2022 Best Egmont Case Award (BECA) nomination among the 164-member countries of the Egmont Group.
Adebayo Eyimofe has emerged the overall best candidate in the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) as revealed by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
This was disclosed during the 2022 policy meeting of the board held at the International Conference Centre in Abuja.
Adebayo, who wrote his examination in Abuja emerged as the candidate with the highest score of 362 out of 400.
Asisat Lamina Oshoala has been named the Confederation of African Football (CAF) 2022 African Footballer of the Year for a record fifth time (in the women category).
She received the award at the CAF ceremony held in Rabat, Morrocco on 21 July, 2022.
She is the first ever player to win five African footballer of the year award (2014, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2022).
