Sand Eagles Finish Second At 2016 Beach Soccer AFCON

The Sand Eagles, host of the 2016 beach soccer AFCON, lost to Senegal in the final of the competition played at the Eko Atlantic Beach in Lagos.

Nigeria won the competition in 2003 and 2007.
