Tobi Amusan has won Africa’s first ever 100 meters Hurdles World Championships Gold Medal at the 2022 World Athletics Championships.
Tobi Amusan on the last day of the 2022 World Athletics Championships in Oregon became Africa’s first ever GOLD medallist in the women’s 100 meters Hurdles.
For the second consecutive time on the day, she crosses the line in first place finish with a remarkable 12.06 seconds (+2.5m/s), which would have been her second World Record (WR) of the evening but for the excess wind.
