Jane Onyinyechi Ogwo has emerged as the best graduating student of Federal University Of Technology, Owerri, FUTO, with CGPA Of 4.90 for the 2017/2018 academic session.
Jane Onyinyechi Ogwo graduated with a first class degree from the Department of maritime and management technology.
According to the Vice Chancellor Professor Francis Chukwuemeka Eze, there were 42 first class students produced among the convocating students at the 31st convocation ceremony.
